Tribune Tower Residence

This two-bedroom beauty sits inside Chicago's architecturally and historically significant Tribune Tower, once home to the newspaper, now one-of-a-kind residences where every unit has its own quirks in shape and character. The living room's oddly shaped voids became opportunities: a full paneled wall now hides a bar and napping nook, and a former closet moonlights as a sound room. Taking cues from our art-loving client, we built the whole space around her collection. A signature piece anchors the long millwork wall, and every piece of furniture and lighting was chosen in conversation with what's on the walls.
