South Loop Highrise

This three-bedroom high above Chicago's South Loop had floor-to-ceiling glass and knockout city views, but lacked the warmth of home. We renovated the kitchen and primary suite, complete with a fully custom walk-in closet, then layered in furnishings, art, and lighting throughout. Handmade tile, considered hardware, rich textiles, and a few standout fixtures gave the rooms the depth and warmth they were missing, so that view finally has something worth coming home to.
