New Buffalo Escape

This New Buffalo home had everything going for it, beautiful natural light, a short walk to Lake Michigan, but the interiors felt like an afterthought. We renovated all six bathrooms and the kitchen, then filled the home with new furnishings, lighting, art, and decor. The result: a hand-carved kitchen island, handmade tile in every bath, and lighting that doubles as sculpture, textural and tactile throughout, sophisticated without ever taking itself too seriously. A major landscaping chapter is still to come, with its own moment to shine once it's photographed.
