LSD Apartment

This residence in Chicago's historic Carlyle building on Lake Shore Drive got a full bathroom refresh, all three, modernized top to bottom. The signature move was spatial: reclaiming underused closet space and folding it into the primary bath, turning a cramped afterthought into a room that finally feels generous.
