Firehouse

This historic firehouse in Lakeview was reimagined to live well in the modern world, starting with the entry, returned to its original central spot, now protected behind a custom glass layer that lets the original doors rest like shutters. Unused space on the first floor became two new bedrooms, and the interiors were rebuilt from the floors up, with a new primary suite and all-new furnishings, lighting, and art. A piece of Chicago history, made to actually live in today.
